Today, I purchased my fourth car, and I can honestly say that I have never been treated with such kindness, respect, patience, and fairness at a dealership. Celeste Vera took exceptional care of me and made the entire experience feel comfortable, personal, and truly special. John, along with John from the finance department, was also incredibly helpful and made sure I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and treated with genuine care. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt valued, respected, and confident in my decision. If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, I highly recommend Toyota in New Rochelle. Please ask for Celeste Vera—she truly goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you, Celeste, John, and the entire team for making this such a wonderful and memorable experience! Special thank you for Kenny who was incredibly funny as waited for the car to be prepped!

Went to New Rochelle Toyota on Saturday and from the jump Manny was super friendly and helpful. He immediately addressed all my concerns & answered my questions confidently. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted and then some! I left with my Toyota Corolla SE hybrid and couldn’t be happier! In love with my car! Manny showed up and showed out! I would definitely recommended New Rochelle Toyota for their great customer service & they care about the customer. Shout out to John who took care of all the financials and hooked me up all the way up! Manny and John are THE BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a beautiful pre-owned car at Toyota New Rochelle with Marwa Khusbu’s help, overall a good experience. She was professional, kind, and not pushy. She had my best interest when picking out a car. She even helped us sort out car insurance issues, which took extra time and was really appreciated.

I just purchased another vehicle from New Rochelle Toyota on Saturday, and once again, the service was outstanding! The same day, I also purchased a car for my daughter, which made the experience even more special for our family. Mike, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Ronnie in finance was equally great—clear, thorough, and very helpful in explaining everything. I’ve been dealing with New Rochelle Toyota for years, and I’ve always been happy with my experience. My sister has also purchased a car from there, along with other family members. That says a lot about the trust and consistency of their service. We truly feel like valued customers every time. Highly recommend!

Came in on Friday January 23rd, 2026. Immediately I was noticed by Manny, who introduced himself and had me seated within 30 seconds of walking in the door. I let him know that I was hoping to leave with a Tacoma SR same day. He worked with me and showed me the different options they had available. I was hoping for the all black Tacoma they had on display outside Cedar Street, however upon learning it was only 2WD he pointed my attention the the Ice Cap white 2026 Tacoma SR in the parking lot. Upon inspect the vehicle he worked extensively on ensuring that I was receiving the absolute best for my money. Although small paper complications, manny worked diligently on ensuring that I would leave the same day with the vehicle that I wanted. If you stop by New Rochelle Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Manny Martínez. I would also like to shout out John Cheung who was my finance manager. John ensured a smooth process and explained all of my paperwork extensively. Both of these exemplary employees made what I assumed would be a stressful and draining process, into a smooth and straightforward purchase. I highly recommend New Rochelle Toyota when looking at purchasing a vehicle.
